Columbus Skyline
The mural titled “Columbus Skyline”, was created by a group of advanced art students at Hilliard Bradley High School from Hilliard, Ohio under the direction of their art teachers Sally Ruffing and Katie Owens. The mural was created first with a layer of bleeding art tissue paper. Then, the students researched various landmarks through out Columbus that represented the local area. After choosing their locations they worked from photo references to draw their own unique representations. They, then added torn and cut paper, colored pencils, sharpie and watercolor to further embellish the work.
